Aedín Gormley’s RTÉ lyric fm show Movies and Musicals returns to the stage in this spectacle of evening entertainment with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra following last year’s phenomenal sold-out show.

A beloved staple of the lyric fm schedule since the station’s inception in 1999, Movies and Musicals transforms into a special live concert that promises to showcase the programme’s signature blend of music – from Hollywood classics to contemporary film scores and popular Broadway hits.

Stephen Bell conducts the RTÉ CO for favourite scores from Jurassic Park, Bridge on the River Kwai, Star Wars, To Kill A Mockingbird and The English Patient. From the world of musicals, prepare to be spellbound by music from West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Beauty and the Beast, The Jungle Book and more.
